SUMMARY:Meditation Twin Hearts . SW Portland . third Monday
DESCRIPTION:Meditation on Twin Hearts is a metta\, or loving-kindness guided meditation structured after the Prayer of St. Francis. It has a powerful self-healing effect\, at the same time\, offering tremendous amount of world service. \nHow does this meditation work? \nThe crown is the center for divine love and can only be activated when the heart is sufficiently activated\, which is the center for human love. The Meditation of Twin Hearts is a noble tool that raises one’s vibrations toward higher states of awareness and expanded levels of consciousness. \nWhen the crown is activated\, lots of divine energy enters the body. It falls like a huge waterfall which benefits us in numerous ways. Our aura gets cleansed and brightened and our heart and crown become activated and transformed. Our sensitivity\, our healing ability and our intuition improves. This meditation is also a great service to the world as it increases peace\, harmony and healing. \nThe Twin Hearts meditation can be used for the benefit of an individual\, a family\, a community and greater than all\, for the benefit of the entire world in ways that continually improve one’s life and the lives of others. \nOf all the techniques developed and taught by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui\, perhaps none prompts as many glowing testimonials of personal healing and positive life transformation as the Meditation on Twin Hearts. This meditation is truly special. It works on the physical\, mental\, and spiritual levels to open the heart chakra (the emotional heart) and the crown chakra (the spiritual heart)\, thereby enabling you to draw down a great amount of high-quality divine energy into the crown. The prana that this meditation produces greatly promotes physical and mental health as well as inner illumination. \nWhen someone who can see auras observes a person practicing the Meditation on Twin Hearts\, he sees a great down pouring of brilliant white light rushing into the crown and spreading throughout the entire energy body. This divine prana purges the energy body of contamination\, which is how Meditation on Twin Hearts produces physical healing. \nThis opening of the crown\, and the increased flow of divine energy\, also makes possible inner illumination. After blessing the earth with the spiritual energy\, you meditate on OM and the gap or the stillness between the OM’s for about 10 minutes. You then let go and extend that period of stillness. Meditating on the gap between the OMs and during the extended period of stillness enables you to make contact with your higher self or soul. Repeated prolonged stillness and contact with your soul produces that state of inner illumination. \nThen we will Meditate As One using MCKS Meditation On Twin Hearts\, to Bless every person\, every being\, every country and continent with Divine Light\, Love\, and Power. \nWe will also channel these Blessings to our individual families\, relationships and our finances. \nDonations gladly accepted! \nThird Monday of the month except for July. \nPlease RSVP here:
