We supply the buckets and salt. We would love if you could contribute $5 towards the rent. \nLOCATION: Multnomah Arts Center\, room 7 (enter on west most side of building. SUMMARY:First Monday Group Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Open to the public … Come and be a part of the sacred container we’ll create as an ever expanding energy field for good\, both for ourselves and the benefit of others. Learn how to open yourself to receiving powerful fresh energy\, and then to fully integrate it for maximum effect in a group setting. \nDuring the first hour\, you’ll be lead through a light preparatory exercise followed by the guided meditation and the short final exercise.  The second hour will be spent centering\, sharing and experiencing other supporting protocols for uplifting individual and group advancement. \nWe’ll be working with the Pranic Healing meditation called Twin Hearts\, the Planetary Meditation for Peace to active the human heart and crown by blessing the earth with loving kindness. \n\nHerbal tea will be provided at the break\nSoft floor cushions\, benches and padded chairs are provided\nA $5 donation to cover the facility cost will be welcomed at each gathering\n\nBlessing to all and hope to see you at the next group gathering!
