New Hiking Boots = Blisters!

New Hiking Boots = Blisters!

Recently after completing a Level 1 class I went on a hike with a new pair of hiking boots that turned out to not be as well broken in as I had thought. I ended up with a fairly large and very painful blister on the big toe of my right foot. I have had my share of blisters over the years and I suspected that it would take at least a week to heal. Using what I learned from my Level 1 class I began Pranic Healing on it immediately upon returning home.

After just a few minutes of Pranic Healing the throbbing stopped. I was able to walk on it which I hadn’t been previously. As a matter of fact I was limping so badly from the blister I considered doing Pranic Healing on my other ankle and foot as well as I made them rather sore getting home.
Within a couple of days I was walking on it again normally and doing small one mile hikes around the property several times a day. By the next weekend I was back on the trail. I only did two sessions. As far as other care I put a little bit of essential oil salve, band aids during the day to protect it and it was good to go in no time.
I know Pranic Healing is amazing and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if this was something I experienced from a professional Pranic Healing session. What was so amazing for me was that I was able to do it with very little effort or training compared to professional Pranic Healers. So grateful for the first aid training from the Level 1 class.
